We have built hundreds of homes around coastal Georgia since our founding. All of our flexible floor plans were designed with you in mind. Each plan has custom options to better tailor them to your individual tastes and needs. Once a plan has been chosen we set up a consultation between the buyers and our designer. The buyers then get to personalize their home by choosing among the colors they want, the custom cabinets they like, their preferred flooring type, and a host of other options. If you have a plan that you found elsewhere, no problem. We can build your custom home as well.
